Personally I would recommend getting any card from MSI, Asus, Gigabyte or EVGA which you can find for the cheapest rate around there. The factory overclocked versions are no good unless there is a good amount of overclocking involved, i.e, around 300 to 400 MHz. The factory overclocked version is just of no use as in games you will only get a 5-10 FPS difference. What you should keep in mind is the quality of the cooling the OEM is providing, length of the card(whether it fits in your chasis or not) and the duration of warranty. However all OEMs tend to give same warranty periods now, so I think it doesn't matter anymore now. Happy gaming!
